What Information Will Be Needed For The Application (And How It's Kept Private)

Any Information You Submit Over My Website Is 100% Fully Secure I Respect Your Privacy!

I never, ever share it with anyone except by permission -- that is, if you're giving us information you want us to use to get you the best home loan with the lowest rates, I use that information to process and underwrite your loan. I am bound by federal law to keep your information secure. Mortgage America, Inc., is a direct lender. We process and underwrite your loan in our office. In most cases we will close the loan in our name Mortgage America. We fund the loan, we print the closing documents and wire our funds to the settlement agent for closing. At settlement we will assign your loan to the lender that will service your loan and it might be Mortgage America. In other words the lender that you will be making your mortgage payments to. We have total control of your loan as everything is done in our office. If you have furnished us the information listed below, the application and the approval usually take less than 1 hour.

There is NO Cost or Obligation for the application or the approval and we will provide you with a free copy of your credit report!
